International, collaborative, and culturally engaged, MCGSNS is a creative design studio based in Sydney, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou. We specialize in adding strategic value to real estate through redesign and repositioning, encompassing the entire spectrum of real estate sectors, including hotels, commercial offices, residential developments, serviced apartments, retail, and restaurants. By maintaining a boutique-scale studio with a highly focused team, we guarantee the quality and integrity of all our projects. The key to creating successful outcomes lies in a personal approach, fostering creative and professional collaboration with a strong, cohesive, and effective consultant team. We structure our studio so that key senior members are involved in all projects, ensuring each project is prioritized company-wide.
