A color-changing interior thread represents the corporation’s love of color and community, while connecting Innova’s thriving culture with the rest of the world. Bright, colorful “strands” are visible from the exterior, signaling Innova’s purpose and desired emotive responses. The orange strand designates social areas like hubs and all-hands meeting rooms, creating a sense of belonging, connection, and community. The green strand is used for collaboration rooms, evoking a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork. The blue strand instills a sense of refresh, with intentional spaces for focus and respite.
