Donghe Residence<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Donghe Apartment is located to the east of Yanggao Road, south of Huamu Road, west of Jinkang Road, and north of the East Jinjiang Hotel. The project consists of five 24-story apartment buildings, with the layout, function, area, and interior style designed entirely according to the living habits of foreigners. The common area spaces have been reinvigorated with contemporary, open floor plans and curated art displays, while upholding the developer brand\u2019s high-end aesthetic and atmosphere. We create spaces that overwhelmingly evoke images of sand and water. The design embraces this subdued energy, supporting what is found in place and reflecting an atmosphere that is calming, tranquil, and understated. The sales gallery is designed to promote a green lifestyle, blending into nature to provide a sensory experience of living surrounded by mountains, rivers, lakes, wild birds, and flowers. The color scheme inside the rooms is natural, primarily featuring beige, brown, and various shades of blue and green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
