For headquarters business, the project will provide a premium working environment and supporting facilities. The cultural media component will offer spaces that foster creativity, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. The sports and leisure aspect will cater to the well-being and recreational needs of the community. Alongside the core functions, the project will also vigorously develop complementary functions such as commercial, residential, and hospitality offerings. Additionally, it will incorporate supporting amenities like leisure and entertainment, education and training, and community services. This comprehensive approach will create a thriving, livable, and business-friendly urban community. By strategically integrating these diverse functions, the project will establish Shanghai Qiantan as a multifaceted destination that caters to the needs of headquarters operations, cultural and media industries, as well as sports and leisure enthusiasts.
